    Personalised Training Plans

    At Tri-Rivington, we offer personalised training Plans tailored to fit your lifestyle and goals for just £50/month. Whether you’re aiming to run your first 5K, 10K, half or full marathon, improve your cycling, complete a triathlon or duathlon, or simply get fitter, our expert coaching can help you achieve it. As a Tri-Rivington coached athlete, your training plan will be customised around your schedule and designed to peak for your key events in the season ahead. Whatever your goal, we’ll help you train smarter and perform at your best!

    Tri-Rivington APP

    Tri-Rivington members have exclusive access to our dedicated club app, making it easier than ever to stay on top of training. With sessions available six days a week, the app allows members to book onto coached swims, rides, and runs with just a few taps.

    It’s like having a structured training plan at your fingertips, helping you stay consistent and get the most out of your training. The app is incredibly popular among our athletes, ensuring sessions are well-organised and accessible for all abilities, from beginners to seasoned competitors.

    Membership Options

    We have two different membership options – Option 1 is a monthly membership which includes every session coached and non-coached, if paid for a year, you get a month free and Option 2 is an annual membership. Both options give access to various club sessions, our private Facebook group page and the Tri-Rivington App with the annual option being more suited to those who may NOT be able to attend on a regular basis.

    • Swim set will be posted on club members Facebook page for you to follow.
    • Coached outdoor run session – usually Chorley New Road/ Queens Park/ Retreat area.
    • Morning ride with mates from Beehive.
    • Non-Total Fitness members Swim, coached session at an additional cost – (1 hour).
    • Talking pace non drop run sessions – optional distances/road or trail/various locations.
    • Sunday Club zone 2 ride usually from the Beehive or White Horse
